Your First Visit

We aim to make you feel relaxed and welcome in our beautiful practice. Your care is our priority and we do our best to make your dental visit a pleasant experience. Our receptionist will be delighted to welcome you on your arrival and offer you a hot or cold drink of your choice, to enjoy while you complete Medical History and dental questionnaire form, rest assured that all information you provide will remain strictly confidential. Please feel free to let our receptionist know of any questions or concerns you have in regards to possible treatment or feel nervous about dental visits due to a bad experience in the past.

Your Oral Examination

You will meet your dentist who will go through your medical history, discuss you concerns, expectations of treatment and assess you current oral health. The first consultation usually consists of:

  • Complete a full dental chart
  • Assess the muscles and glands of your head and neck
  • Assess all the soft tissues inside the mouth
  • Complete a full gum health assessment
  • Carefully examine your jaw joints
  • Look at your bite (how your teeth fit and work together)
  • Take any necessary x-rays

Once the examination is completed, the findings will be discussed with you, and a treatment plan formulated.

Treatment Planning

A range of treatment options then will be offered to you.

It is of great importance to us that you make the decision that is right for you, for this reason we have a qualified Treatment Coordinator who will go through you're your options privately to choose the most suitable, and address any of your concerns including the financial aspects, appointment times and reassurance of any procedures.

Following acceptance of your treatment plan our receptions will schedule all your appointment at the most convenient times.

We aim in working together with you to achieving your treatment goals, and we welcome you toask us if anything is unclear in your treatment plan.
